Bajiliv Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms for Account Use and Betting

By using the Bajiliv platform — whether to open an account, play games, place bets, or access any service — you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them in full before using the platform for the first time.

These terms apply to all Bajiliv services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, and all other gaming activities. Where a specific game or promotion has its own terms, those specific terms take precedence over the general ones.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Bajiliv, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. We may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you. Bajiliv reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
• Each person may hold only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, device, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Sharing access to your account with anyone else is not permitted.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Bajiliv may verify your identity after registration or before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Bajiliv currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment rules are mandatory:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 15–30 minutes; however, if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Third-party payments are not accepted. Both deposits and withdrawals must be made using the account holder's own payment method.
• If you have an active bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

Bajiliv does not charge any payment fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Bajiliv's control.

Bajiliv offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require a wagering of 15x to 30x. Check the specific bonus page for exact terms.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 14 days of the bonus being credited, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games or betting categories. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per person, address, device, or payment method.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the associated balance will be forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all betting on Bajiliv. Additional rules may apply for specific sports or games.

• Minimum Bet: ৳50
• Maximum Bet: Varies by game and event. Specific limits are shown on the bet slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except for events where the cash out feature is available.
• If a match experiences technical issues or incorrect odds are displayed, Bajiliv reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is not completed, bets are generally voided and refunded. However, specific sport rules may apply a different policy.

Bajiliv is committed to fair and transparent betting at all times. If you disagree with any decision, please follow our dispute resolution process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajiliv platform. If detected, they may result in account closure and legal action:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.

Bajiliv takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with relevant authorities only when required by law or as part of an official investigation.

Bajiliv believes gaming should be enjoyable — never a burden. We are committed to responsible gaming and offer a range of tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Betting Limits: Control the amount you bet within a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 30 days and permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 to 72 hours.
• Reality Check: After a set period, you will be reminded how long you have been playing.

Bajiliv may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By court order or at the direction of a regulatory authority.
• At your own request.

To close your account, please contact support. Any remaining balance will be returned after processing. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may not be refunded.

Bajiliv is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disruptions or device failures.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Bets lost due to unexpected technical outages.
• Losses resulting from the user leaving their password or account credentials insecure.

If a technical issue affects a bet, Bajiliv will review the case and make a fair decision.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the process below:

1. Contact support first and provide the full details.
2. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
4. If your issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to our licensing authority.

These terms may be updated at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email address or post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after logging in will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
